Rainbow Six Extraction

Rainbow Six Extraction is Ubisoft’s newest take on the Rainbow Six universe, and the trailer and live gameplay trailer displayed at E3 was nothing to take lightly. In Rainbow Six Extraction, you will be taking on a treat that has been introduced in the Rainbow Six universe once before. This alien parasite is an evolved form of what happened in New Mexico a couple of years back. Your job as a Rainbow Six operative is to gather information and work your way further into the containment zones that these parasites have taken over.

This will be the first time since New Mexico that you won’t fight against other operatives in Rainbow Six. Instead, you will pair up with two other operatives, all with unique weapons, gadgets, and more familiar items, to take on this upcoming threat. Even though these operators will be familiar to you, your playstyle might change completely since you will be playing against AI Aliens instead of PVP. With any shooter game, you have the option to run and gun or take the silent route, but whatever you choose to play in Rainbow Six Extraction, make sure you have a way out.

If you find yourself overwhelmed and unable to make it out of the containment zone, you will lose all progress on that operator along with the operator themselves. Don’t worry; you will have a chance to get them back. When an operator goes MIA, it is up to you to return to the containment zone and Extract them. Hence the name Rainbow Six Extraction, you will also be extracting plenty of other things from the containment zone, but it seems that extracting fallen operatives might happen a lot in this game.
