The Persistence Enhanced Coming to Next-Gen Consoles

The critically acclaimed survival horror game, The Persistence, will be making its way to the Next Generation of consoles on June 4th in the form of an enhanced edition. Get ready to board a space colony starship in the year 2521. Your mission is to head deep into the starship and repair the ship’s systems to prevent it from being destroyed. In The Persistence, death is only the beginning. You will repeatedly roam the starship as you head deeper and deeper on every run.

Experience a whole new atmosphere and tension as the quality of the game is improved with updated lighting and particle effects. A Raytracing ‘Quality’ mode for XBOX Series X and PlayStation®5 along with immersive haptic feedback via DualSense™ for the PlayStation®5. PCs with a supported graphics card will be able to enable the DXR implementation.

If you own The Persistence already for PlayStation®4, Xbox, or Steam, The enhanced edition will be available as a free update once launched on June 4th. Newcomers will have to purchase The Persistence Enhanced as a digital download on the Xbox, PlayStation and Steam store.
